Privacy Policy

Last Updated: 1st March 2025

1. Information We Access

To facilitate the login automation process, we request read-only access to your Gmail account. This access is limited to retrieving a one-time password (OTP) that is sent by Amazon Jobs. The OTP is specifically used by our bot to complete the authentication process.

  • Access to Gmail: We only access the most recent OTP from Amazon Jobs, sent from the email address "[email protected]".
  • We do not access or retrieve any other emails or information from your Gmail account.

2. Purpose of Data Access

The sole purpose of requesting access to your Gmail account is to retrieve the OTP sent by Amazon Jobs for the purpose of completing the automation of your login process. This process is essential to providing the service you requested.

3. Data Usage and Retention

OTP Usage: The OTP retrieved from your Gmail account is used exclusively by our automation bot to complete the authentication. Once used, the OTP is immediately discarded and is not stored by us.

No Data Retention: We do not store the OTP or any other information from your Gmail account. After the OTP is used to complete the login process, it is permanently discarded, and we retain no record of it.

4. Security of Your Data

We employ robust security measures to ensure that any data accessed for automation purposes is protected. However, since the OTP is discarded after use, there is no data left to secure beyond the immediate authentication process.

5. User Consent

By using our service, you acknowledge and consent to granting us temporary, read-only access to your Gmail account solely for the purpose of retrieving the OTP required to complete the login automation. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google account settings. Once access is revoked, our service will no longer be able to retrieve the OTP.

6. Sharing of Data

We do not share any data retrieved from your Gmail account with third parties. Your Gmail data is only used for the sole purpose of completing the authentication process, and no data is retained or shared once the process is complete.

7. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access: You can request access to the data we retrieve, which is limited to the OTP used for authentication.
  • Revocation of Access: You can revoke access to your Gmail account at any time by adjusting your Google account permissions.
  • Deletion: Since we do not store the OTP or any Gmail data beyond its use in the automation process, there is no stored data to delete.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices, legal obligations, or operational needs. Any significant changes will be posted on this page, and we encourage you to review this policy regularly.
